Mrs [redacted] was informed of the policy regarding household items (i.edrapes, duvets, comforters, etc.) when it comes to damage incurred during the cleaning process However, I asked her to leave the duvet with me so I find a zipper pull to put on the track To what she has said regarding the complaint, she makes accusations I never stated nor inferred I could not do anything for her She said to forget about it because she would take it to her designer to repair the damage She grabbed her duvet and left I'm actually surprised because she decided to file a complaint but did not give us a chance to make it right
