This letter is a response to a complaint filed by one of my past customersFirst and foremost, I am sorry that the service initially requested by the customer wasn’t properly metHowever, I rescheduled for her to come on Wednesday, January 6, and I attempted to have her child’s hair rebraided the following days, and on every occasion she did not comeIn addition I have a day policy that stipulates that any any customer who is dissatisfied with a particular service and wants to correct itMust come within days and afterwards customers must pay to have that service be done againI still was willing to have the customer’s hair done, but the customer conducted herself in a poor manner, used vulgar, and threatened to have the salon closedIn addition insulted me telling me to “ go back to Africa”I can only wait and be patient for so lone and for that reason I’ve decided not to meet any of the customer’s requests and just follow salon policy
