P C Solutions

This organization left a voice message at a different address than my home. I was given the information and called, it was to PC Solutions in Buffalo, NY. The first individual could not help and said he would put it in a file to research later. I insisted on speaking to a manager and was directed to "[redacted]". She said she required a telephone number to check their data base, I told them I didn't feel comfortable giving it out, I needed more information on what services "they" provided to warrant a call from them about "suspicious activity on my ss#". I asked to be directed to the correct dept, but she just argued that she needed a phone number. I responded by stating, " for all I know this is a scam and it's a hoax, so no I am not handing out a phone number, if they called for me, they should be able to find a record under my name." When I tried to reason with her, she eventually became very angry, and was raising her voice. She refused to understand my side of reasoning. I asked her for her direct phone number so I could do some research on who PC Solutions was and I would call her back once I verified they were legit. Well, she hung up on me.
