Problem is steam drain cameout due to inproper installation and flooded my all levels from first level to main level then basement mechanical room
company says that "we did the delivery and assembly of the unit, but didn't install the unit. It has to be installed by a license plumber and the plumber needs to check for all leaks after the installation of the unit. Please check the term and condition of the sale invoice and our warranty documents which clearly indicates this important step."
also they didnot develiry on time (was January 2013 and delivered on June2013)
I have asked to pay for my damage but they refuse says this is not covered under warranty
