P C Disposal

Review: I contacted P C Disposal on 10/9/13 to start a trash collection service with them. I also ordered 2 trash cans from the company. I was told that they could start service before payment but would need payment before dropping of the trash cans. I mailed a check on 10/9/13 in the amount $66.54. The check was cashed on 10/16/13. I have have not received my trash cans and I only had trash picked up twice. I have been in contacted with the company several times. I keep getting told they will be there by 3:30 today. I have asked for a manager or the owner to call me and nobody returns my calls. I have asked for a refund but they refuse to give it. You just get told the trash cans will be there today and then you don't receive them.Desired Settlement: I want my trash cans or a refund. I would like this to stay on record at the Revdex.com.

P C Disposal LLC is a very small company. [redacted] runs the routes and delivers totes as he can. Some times things happen that is more important than a tote. We do go ahead and pickup trash without toes. The customer was informed to set trash out. We did not deny a refund. If the customer is not happy, we don't want them as a customer. I hope this problem is solved. She has her toe and we been getting trash from that address.
