Review: I have a complaint against* President of PBS Consultants Inc. (Licensed Private Investigators) @ 659 Ridge Road., Lackawanna, N.Y. 14218. Enclosed are copies of:

Refusing to refund money services never rendered. Have no interest in working w/this company. Security Guards were hired from this company in August of 2005. When my house was burglarized & vandalized in 2011.All my identity stolen. I asked for the fee to obtain copies of Security Guards statements & copies of fees paid for the services. Have had no cooperation.Desired Settlement: Requesting refund of $195 & copies of fees paid for Security Guards in August of 2005 & statements of Security Guards statements while on the job. Fee for this will be paid separately.
