I am rejecting this response because:I cannot say I was very satisfied. The re-do service was scheduled 3 times. We wasted 6 hours waiting for them. Then one technician tried to convince us it was "discoloration" on cois, not dirt. Finally they agreed and cleaned them, reattaching the UV lights in the rights in better position. But when they left, I noticed big spills of oil on the drive way, the photo is attached. So, when Lauren called I let her know. She promised to send us a refund check of $25 for this. So, when we receive the check, then we'll be satisfied.Regards,
