I had Ozzy's Construction build a steel pergola with a roof that Ozzy suggested. I asked him that I wanted a roof that would not let the rain come through. He put up a roof that was not sealed properly and of course it rains then the water comes through. I eventually ordered a new roofing system that should be water-proofed but would let the sun shine through. Well that also leaked at the end of the pergola. They did not make the pergola slope enough so the water would roll off the end. I paid quite a bit of money for this pergola, I mean a lot of money and it was not constructed well. I asked them to come over to install an outside TV since the end of December 2021 and they made stated they would come to install but there was an excuse every time he said they would come. I have had enough of this OZZY! you are not a good business owner! Now you won't return our calls at all! Please people do your homework because once they are done they never call back. How lousy is this!

I had spoken with his Brother *** about redoing my backyard with SOD and agreed to price of $ 500 with $300 cash given for the SOD purchase.
I had given his Brother/Partner ( *** )$ 300 cash for purchase of Sod on 06/16/17 and never came thru with the sod and avoiding all calls and attempts to resolve the issue. I called his brother owner *** and said he would get with *** to pay me back with no avail or call back. I again called *** on or about 08/30 and told me was not his problem or concern and made rude remarks of indecency. I tried to resolve and simply did not care, even though his orange/white dump truck came to my house with *** to represent his company .
