Review: I ordered glasses from Ozeal almost 25 days ago and have not heard a word. I sent them a message asking how much longer it was going to take. Not only did they not give me a date they stated in their email "could you please wait for it". I've BEEN WAITING for 25 DAYS! I've been without glasses almost a month now and this is causing me extreme discomfort, not to mention it has affected my work life. I could have ordered glasses locally an gotten them within days. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I want a date on which I can expect my glasses and I want my order fulfilled ASAP.

Review: Ozeal Glasses has not delivered the glasses I ordered over a month ago. Their website still says "Processing" and I've posted 7 messages across the default web form, email addresses, and phone messages.Desired Settlement: A full refund.

Review: Placed Order [redacted] on 8/31/14 for prescription eye glasses. Money taken immediately upon order. I received no communication for a week. I attempted to contact their support and was unable to get an answer about my order. Sent email on 9/7/14 requesting a refund and was told they couldn't cancel it because the order was in progress. On 9/9/14 I was told via twitter that my order had shipped, and on 9/12/14 I received an email asking if I still wanted to cancel and if I didn't respond immediately they would cancel the order. I replied and advised that either they needed to either send the glasses or refund my money. They replied that they were shipping my glasses. On 9/16/14 I asked for Tracking information and was told it has been shipped and I'd receive it in 6-7 days. On 9/25 I asked again and was told they were shipped in a group and the owner of all the other orders had been signed for and that my order must have been lost. On 9/26 I replied and asking for a refund again. On 9/26 they replied and asked that I wait a few days and they can't refund the money because the glasses are on the way. On 9/30 I again asked about my order and they finally provided a USPS tracking number of [redacted] (Had to separate due to appears as a credit card) which when checked states the label was requested. I replied that they hadn't shipped it yet and was told they are with USPS and to wait another 3-5 days. They asked me to wait until Wednesday 10/8/14. I still have not received my glasses.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund.
