Ozark Trail

I bought your tent. Went camping for a week. Went to take it down and the poles were melted together. They would not come apart. I had someone else try and No they have melted. First time using and I'm very upset. I want a refund for this tent. I go camping every year .

There is no customer service contact info to check on my recent order!
I need prompt verification on my order! I was billed for the order! But there are no responses to my concern or to my order!

I purchased an Ozark Trail Person L Shaped Instant tent last spring This was the 2nd one as the first one was broken We had a hard time putting it up and only used in ONCE When I took it out this year to get ready for a trip the plastic parts on the top were broken Further inspection showed that it was incorrectly assembled at the factorty (two connecting pieces were upside down) causing stress on the plastic and making them break I have contacted [redacted] where I purchased the item and they said I had to deal with Ozark trail I have contacted Ozark Trail times, only got an answer machine and have had no response back I either need the parts or a replacement of the item
