Ozark Exotics

Review: I sent a deposit to the owner of Ozark Exotics for $750 for an unweaned macaw. While it developed he was to send a signed contract, pictures, hatch date, and proof of DNA sexing. When several weeks went by without receiving any information, I complained to his friend and fellow breeder, who had introduced us through her [redacted] that she administers (Exotic Birds for Sale in the Pacific Northwest). He responded by offering me a refund, which he never provided. He ignores all calls and messages. When pressed, his friend threatened that I'd never receive my refund if I shared my experience with others.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my entire deposit of $750.
