Oyo hotel

I paid for 2 nights for 1 room with 2 adults and a $50 deposit. Checked in paid went to the room there was no toilet paper, no phone, no remote for the TV and only one set of towels. Went to front desk asked for TP, more towels and I forgot to ask for a remote. Went to take a shower and the hot water knob was stuck tight so I went back to front desk they said they'd call maintenance. No one showed up. Went back down for the towels and they called someone to drop it off no one did and again no show to fix shower. Next day went to front desk again about shower and towels again radioed someone and finally got towels but no one fixed the knob so still couldn't take a shower. A friend went to the front desk and tried to see what was going on and they tried to tell him he wasn't on their list and had no business with them and he told them she just wants a shower. They got in his face do he started recording them for his own protection and they didn't like that but public property it's legal. He comes back to the room with the maintenance man he said he never was told about anything needing repair and even said the knob was stuck hard and had to get it with a hammer and work it loose. My friend went out so I could shower I got dressed friend came back and there was a knock on the door and an armed security officer was there with his hand on his gun and told me I had to leave that the owner said we were causing to many problems. They refused to refund my money and my deposit. We left willingly but contacted the police but they said they don't report civil cases but that they should have refunded my money but they can't force them to do it. I was there for a mental health vacation and all it did was stress me out even more then to be kicked out crushed my mental state. I had no more money and limited on fuel because I was depending on getting my deposit back to head home so I ended up going way out of my way to find shelter since they denied me. They refused a refund if any sort and kicked me out
