above/future resident [redacted],On February 24, 2017, **. and [redacted] completed a rental application with [redacted] Management Corporation/Oxon Hill Village Apartment Homes for a one bedroom apartment with a desired possession date of April 1, 2017. As part of the rental application process the Leasing Professional brings close attention to the Second page (paragraph H.7) of the rental application that stipulates we have not guaranteed a specific date of delivery of an apartment due to a possible delayed delivery. I have attached a copy of the signed second page of rental application reflecting no guarantee of delivery date. In regards to Mr. and [redacted]' situation, as of their application date to present the one bedroom availability has remained Zero at Oxon Hill Village Apartments. We have offered the option of them residing at one of our sister communities with available one bedrooms and they declined and expressed their desire to reside at Oxon Hill Village Apartment Homes. [redacted] is correct that he chose to pay S1,170.00 towards an upcoming one bedroom apartment with us. We understand that **. and [redacted] are eager to move into their new apartment home and we regret that we have been unable to accommodate them.
