My name is D*** ***, and I'm the owner of the Oxnard Vineyard Chevron, where MsR*** *** purchased her diesel and and had a bad experience. Per my conversation with MsL*** this morning, I apologized for the inconvenience and asked her to stop by at the station for a free car wash
and the discount we owe her from her last purchase.At this point I have not talked to the cashier why she did not honor the discount, but asked Ms. L*** to meet S***, the site manager at the station and meet the cashier for her apology and or any explanation she may have.Best regards,D*** ***

Consumer update taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 9/16/Consumer said that the company did send the check, it is post-dated for 9/24/and they have asked her not to cash it until then She will follow up with us after she can cash it
