On or
about June 29, 2015, Ms*** visited Oxmoor Hyundai to purchase a Hyundai AzeraAs part of the transaction, Ms*** traded in her Lincoln MKZThe value of the trade was diminished by $1,because it required substantial repairsOxmoor
Hyundai ultimately decided not to repair, but rather retail the Lincoln at auction in its current condition
As Ms*** received the negotiated trade in value at the time of the transaction, nothing is due or owed in regards to this complaint
