Sept30, 2015Dear Revdex.com, I am writing to respond on a complaint filed by [redacted] *** We stand by our original response that we did nothing wrong He wants us to "adjust our air" but the same amount of air was used on the other three tires that were put on My shop mechanics are trained and work on cars all day every day We have been in business for many years and have a very large and supportive clientel We just recently received the Chambers "Business of the Year." We try to make everyone happy but we will not pay for something that we are not responsible for We welcome [redacted] to take any legal action As far as the supporting local businesses comment; obviously [redacted] is just on a rant I use a lot of local businesses and am very happy with the results Thank you for you time and attention Revdex.comSincerely, Michelle H

Dear ***- [redacted] My name is Mitchell G***, I am the owner of Oxford Sunoco and I talked to the customer myself and explained the problem He had after-market low quality locking lug nuts They are softer metal and twisted off leaving the tapered lower half there I told him that we would not be responsible for after-market parts and he told me he understood I don't know why he contacted you.I will not refund his money It's his problem that he put inferior parts on his carHe will no longer be welcome hereThank you, Mitchell G

I am rejecting this response because:weather the pieces were after market or not air pressure could have been adjusted to not cause damage.I am not the first person or the last person with damage done by there shop.I thought he would be a stand up person but guess not.As far as coming back to his shop trust me there wont be a issue with that because I will make it known that they clearly rip ppl off .Im not going to waist ur time anylonger Revdex.com I will just have him served papers for court thank you for trying to resolve the issue. I think its funny everyone in Oxford who is lived here all their lives tries to support local business and nine times out of ten they get screwed. I will never deal with this company again for sure. As for sunco see u in court.
