This complaint is filed naming Oxford Cleaners on Ray Road in Chandler After being aI year customer I will no longer use this service Of recent, their service, to include customer service has drastically de lined I recently took in a new dress shirt and noticed it had a permanent ink mark on the sleevePresenting this issue to the Manager, he offered several reasons why his service could not have done it Just last week, my wife had several expensive items to be cleaned When my wife was transferring her clothes to other wider hangers, she noticed a large scratch marks the next day clothes were taken to owner to review - their workers denied they had not seen the scratches and the Owner came to me and emphatically denied this was done at their store He pointed out the scratches weren;t done there and just walked away and resumed his work If you have your clothes cleaned here - I advise you to check your clothes before leaving Maybe business is not too good, but this is not a way to manage situations from long time, former customers
