I am rejecting this response because:This business fraudulently charged my card three timesAfter I threatened and notified the police they canceled my service day prior to arrivalI don’t owe them anything and may persue criminal charges.

*** ***s card was charged times because he owed for cleaningsHe leaves us a small window on the day of the cleaning to charge his cardIf we miss the window we must wait until the next clean to charge the cardWe never "illegally" try to charge someones cardWe only charge for services
owedHe still owes us a balance of $which we are attempting to collect

*** *** The business has lied and my wife was present when they told me that they didn't have a key on occasionsThey said the key was not available times and I was only told that is was non-refundable after the 4th time when I asked for a refundI would never do business with this store again and probably not with any UPS store as it is apparent that they rely on this policy to treat the customer any way they want to

I consider this complaint to be resolved based on my conversation with the business.*** ***

HELLO THERE, SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE THAT THE CUSTOMER HAD FROM OUR STOREYES, HE WAS HERE ON THE 12TH OF THE SEPTEMBER TO OPEN A MAILBOXWE TRIED TO EXPLAIN HIM ABOUT WHAT THE MATTER WAS GOING ON AND ALSO WE EXPLAINED HIM THAT OUR MAILBOX IS A NON-REFUNDALE. WE STILL HAVE HIS MAILBOX OPEN
IN THE STORE. HE HAS NOT CONTACTED US AFTER THAT DATEIF HE CAN STOP BY OUR STORE OR GIVE US A CALL THEN WE WILL BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN AND HELP HIM. THANK YOU THE UPS STORE
