I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that
this resolution is better than nothing for me. I will print their letter and offer so I have a written record of it, but I doubt I will use it. I have businesses closer to my house that I have more trust in that will get my business. I am using this experience as an important lesson that I needed to learn about getting everything in writing from a company. I understand their position that anyone off the street could say they were issued a refund. I also didn't help my case by not remembering whom I spoke with that offered the credit. Thank you for your help in trying to resolve this issue
