I did hear from the owner of B&L Pools, Dale H***, on Saturday April 15th at around 11amThis after numerous phone calls to B&L Pools because I had a set appointment at 7am with Abraham a technician from B&L Pools for repairing an ongoing leak from the pool pump, which was already replaced by B&L and to inspect the second liner that was leakingI spoke with the technician, Abraham, around 7:30am because he was late and he told me he was running late and then never heard back from him sol I called the main store timesFinally the owner called around 11amDale H***, the owner, said B&L Pools will no longer help with the liner leaking and the pump leaking because I contacted you Revdex.com and put a bad review on his companyHe said I am on my own to deal with all the leaks and the installer, *** ***The installer, *** ***, was the only installer name given to me from B&L Pools after buying my pool from them. He is the recommended installer from B&L PoolsI as a customer have been in the middle of each of them, B&L Pools and the installer *** *** blaming each other for the leaksThe installer only answers to B&L PoolsThe pool company had to threaten ***, the installer, to come back and reinstall the second liner. He finally came to install the second liner and it is leaking again like the first liner and I have creases in the liner through out the return jet area. Now the owner has left us with no help no concern and no where to turn.I have attached pictures of what my pool looks like now with the active leak getting bigger every day, the pump leaking and the creases in the liner which is on the other side of the leakPlease help me! At this point I want B&L Pools to give me a new liner and reimbursement money to get my own installer to install the new liner and repair the leak in the pumpI do not want their installer back
On Saturday, April 15th, 2017, I was able to reach *** and talk about her concerns We discussed the issues that she has had and everything B&L has done to try and assist in the situation During this conversation, we went over the problems they are currently having, and they
are related to the installation of the pool and liner, not the products that were sold This work was done by a third party independent, *** ***, and has very little, if anything, to do with the products B&L sold*** *** is an independent installer of above ground pools that B&L has referred for a number of years without incidentB&L has pushed *** *** to correct the problems with installation that he is responsible for, to the breaking point - currently he won’t return my calls.*** agreed on Saturday to change the complaint from B&L Pools to *** ***We agreed to do whatever we could to persuade *** *** to fix the problems with the installation and to help in any way we can to help her get resolution with *** ***.Respectfully,Dale H***B&L Pools
