I have read Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint and rather than get into the back and forth, we have politely given Mrs. [redacted] our policy that is clearly stated on the back of our invoices. I have enclosed our policy and have thoroughly explained that this is our return protocol. Mrs. [redacted] will not accept this policy and has clearly taken every measure to make [redacted] a villain in this transaction. We are not a villain and we have tried to explain our position multiple times to Mrs. [redacted]. Our position is that we will give Mrs. [redacted] 100% of her purchase price in the form of In-Store credit only. [redacted] wishes to handle this upset client by referencing out store policies, politely and respectfully, deferring to our written rules. These rules were received by Mrs. [redacted] at the point of purchase and have been clearly reiterated in our many interactions on this matter. [redacted] is sympathetic to our clients and their wants but, as a business, company policies must be followed and clearly stated, in this transaction we have done our due diligence with Mrs. [redacted].
