Response received via letter to Revdex.com, 5-18--- scan is attached; text of letter reads as follows:"On January 3rd *** *** sent in a request for information on a Buick EnclaveWe sent multiple e-mails back and forth about the vehicle but were unable to come to an agreement for ***

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying about being able to use the "unsubscribe" on their e-mail advertisements as I tried this many times and it does NOT WORK Regardless of them stating that I neglected to do this. They have some issues with their e-mail system and apparently are not willing to address them. I would guess I am not the only customer whose business both present and any future purchases or service requirements they have chased away with their shoddy business practices and continual hounding. To date I have had no further contact from them so they did do something on their end. Their response to my complaint to the Revdex.com was nothing but and attempt to shift the blame for their continuous assault onto me with their unwanted and unsolicited e-mail solicitations onto me, which I consider an invasion of my privacy, and is NOT TRUE.  It is too bad a business would ignore complaints about their shabby behavior to the point that there would have to be a complaint filed with the Revdex.com to help get them stopped. I would never, ever consider doing any business with these people or recommend them to anyone. I thank the Revdex.com for their help in getting this irritating issue solved but I do not accept their response as they are just trying to shift the blame onto me for their internet and staffing problems.
