Good afternoon, I purchased a vehicle from Overtime motors inclocated at Fayetteville RdRaleigh, NC on July 14th, Just moments after I drove off with the vehicle, the check engine light came on, the car began to make strange noises, and I noticed a very awkward smell coming from the exhaustI contacted overtime to make them aware immediatelyI was told to come backThey utilized some sort of device to diagnose and obtain a codeI was informed that the fuel line/ system was too rich, and that they would need to "fill the gas tank." I was told that this would resolve the issueWell, the following day the check engine light was back on and the AC was not working properlyI was then told to bring the car back so that their mechanic could take a lookI compliedA day later, I received a call from [redacted] the sales representative whom I had been dealing with from day oneHe informed me that the vehicle was fixed, he said that they had to replace an incubator belt and replace the AC because it was crackedAgain, I was told that I should not have anymore issuesUnfortunately, the following day not only was the check engine light back on, the car began to shake, and make all sorts of strange sounds, I also noticed an oil leakI began to research the information I received from [redacted] about the rich fuel lineI became extremely concernedEspecially once I read about the possibility of polluting gases such as hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide being expelledI thought, that explains the weird smell coming from the carI have two young children and I refuse to drive them around in this vehicle, it is unfitI called [redacted] at Overtime once again, and I explained to him the symptomsHe advised me to bring the car backI live approximately miles or so from this place of business so it would have been unsafe for me to drive the faulty vehicle back to their establishmentAlso, I felt as though their mechanic could not help much, because he had already done his due diligence to "repair" the vehicleI'm very confident that they were aware of the issues with the vehicle prior to selling it, and I want answers
