Thank you for passing along the complaint received by Mr [redacted] It came to me by surprise because I hadn't heard anything about this incidentOur instructors at this class who Mr [redacted] said were teenagers were an elementary school teacher (years old) and a sophomore in college (years old) had a much different perspective on what happen.Dustin Y***, who Mr [redacted] spoke to said he only came by this office time and never left any messagesI wanted to let you know that I did refund Mr [redacted] $but wanted to be clear that i'm not 100% certain we should haveNot only are the stories different, he signed our below refund policyIn order to provide the best possible instruction and supervision, and a low child to counselor ratio, we staff our programs based on the number of children registeredThere will be NO refunds issued after the first programIf you need to cancel before the class starts, you will be issued a refund MINUS 25%If you registered by accident, please call: ###-###-#### Sincerely, Chris W [redacted] Owner Overtime Athletics

I wanted to let you know that I did refund Mr. [redacted] $100.00 but wanted to be clear that i'm not 100% certain we should have. Not only are the stories different, he signed our below refund policy.
