Review: I have been paying this Real Estate company for years for the lot that I have purchased and not once have I been late in making my payments. Originally, there were supposedly 3 properly owners which right after the other 2 backed out which had left me solely responsible for making the payments. I have acquired written, signed and notarized letter from the 2 other lot partner that they acknowledge to be removed from the title on the lot. I have attempted to fax, mail the copy to the company and for years they're still unable to remove the 2 other names as requested. The company, Overland & Associates requesting the original. In my fear of losing the only and last copy that I have left, I intended to take it to their office personally. However, the staff aretention simply rude and declines to give their office address. Doesn't paying clients have the right to know their business address? This is just simply violiting my right as a business consumer. I hope you take actions on this matter and repremand the business accordingly.

Overland Associates, Inc. understands that Mr. [redacted] wants to take two buyers off the contract for theabove stated account, however we can legally only take someone off with a certified notarized letterfrom the person(s) who wish to relinquish their rights to the property and its contractual terms. Mr.[redacted] has an outstanding payment history and we want nothing more than to resolve the issue at hand.In order to transfer, we ask that any individual wishing to be removed signs a letter or note in thepresence of a Notary Public for the State that they live in and return it to us. The letter must include theproperty and account information, who will take over the property and must be signed by anyone whois on the contract. Most Importantly, we must receive an original copy of this notarized letter, nophoto copies will be accepted under any circumstance.We did receive an emailed copy of the notarized letter, and promptly replied to Mr. [redacted] that weneeded an original; as of this date we have received no original documents.On July 15, 2015, Mr. [redacted] called Overland Associates, Inc. requesting our address so he can bring theoriginal document described above in person. We are a small, private office and are not open to thegeneral public. However we welcome any client to come to our location by appointment only. After anappointment is set, we give our private address to our client the morning of the appointment.Mr. [redacted] wished to come in the following Monday. After raising his voice with added foul language andsome name calling, Mr. [redacted] made the girls who were alone in the office feel uncomfortable bendingour policy of giving our address out before the morning of the appointment. Cross streets and the citywere given so Mr. [redacted] could calculate approximate travel time, but he still wanted the address. A dealwas made that we would send him the address at closing time that day, so he could come in for hisappointment Monday morning. Unfortunately, the employee in the office who was supposed to send itforgot on her way out.Monday morning, another office employee immediately called Mr. [redacted] upon the realization that theemail was not sent on that Friday and apologized. Mr. [redacted] said it was okay, adding that he won't beable to make it to his appointment on time since he didn't get the address in time. He then told us hehad already made a complaint to the Revdex.com.We are more than happy to set another appointment with Mr. [redacted] and we even have a complimentaryCalifornia Notary in office if he would like to bring the people who wish to relinquish their rights to theproperty. He may also send an original notarized letter by first class or certified mail.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call at [redacted].
