Regarding the complaint that we do not have an ice cream/shake machine and customer states the owner stated replacing the machine is not on our to do listComplaint also states that it has been over a year or maybe years that the machine has not workedOur ice cream/shake machine did go down
maybe months ago and since then we have had it serviced and were unable to keep it runningWe then got another machine that worked temporarily before it went downNow we have ordered a new machine and hope to have it installed soonWe apologize for any inconvenience to our customers due to this equipment issue
