Walked into showroom on a Tuesday about mid day without an appointment. A representative was able to help us immediately. We discussed what we were looking for in a garage door opener and was told the 3/4 HP Odyssey 1000 was a perfect fit for our situation. The job was scheduled on Friday of the same week. When installer arrived he was very pleasant, but told us the options we were told by representative we would get did not come with the package we agreed upon. This was a big surprise! After discussing the matter with the installer and Representative we came to an agreement that was to our satisfaction considering the situation. The installer was very experienced and did a fantastic job. Overall I would recommend this company to family& friends, just make sure you have documentation, discuss every detail, and ask lots of questions.

I received an immediate answer over the phone and service within hours. The company addressed my real concern of my house being open to the street and fixed my stuck garage door before nightfall. Thank you Overhead Doors. Great service for 15 years.
