Bought a pontoon that has had never ending issues and still does and still have not received title to trailer bought last AprilI purchased a used pontoon boat on April 9th 2015 from the Lake Gaston store, the first time we took it out on the Kerr Lake it had a fuel lake and we had to return to shore, the second time we took it out we had to be towed by Sea Tow back to shore as the motor quit it had seized up, I asked about switching the motor out and was told I would have to pay more money, but the Kittrell store didn't charge me, motor was switched out by Overby at their Kittrell store, the first time on the lake it ran fine, the second time the motor continually stalls, the amount of time it has sat in service I am going to take it to a different marine service store, My wife and I have contacted [redacted] Overby on numerous occasions with regards to never receiving the title for our boat trailer she said the previous owner still had not brought to them, we are almost a year later and I still have not received the title so that I could register. The boat has been more of a head ache then it is worth and the miles logged between both stores has turned into more of a financial liabilityDesired SettlementI want the title to the boat trailer and if possible pay for another service to fix the motor
