Response taken by phone:  We repaired the roof where we thought the leak was coming from.  She called us back  because we do offer 24 hour service but there was a snow storm.  When we did go back to look at the roof, it looked likes someone put tar on the roof to take care of the...

leak.  The roof needs replacing. We did the repair on a really bad area however with the state of this roof, leaks are bound to occur in other areas.

I am very pleased with this company. The owner was professional, well spoken and
helpful.
His crew were also a pleasure to deal with. Both professional and knowledgeable.
They did a fantastic job and definetly beyond my expectations.
We would happy to recommend this company.

We fixed other areas of this roof.  The area  that leaked was in terrible condition and someone had already attempted to fix it.   She knows the roof needs replacing.  When she called we were not able to get there until the following Monday.  By the time we got there, she had already had someone else put tar the leak.
