I just wanted to let you know that I have no record of contact from the customer over this issue
I have reached out to the customer directly and am hoping to resolve the matter with them as soon as possible

The company is running ads online stating, "Take 50% off your first order." After you go through their site and put items into the cart and are ready to check out, when you put in the 50% of discount code, it states it is not valid. The company then informs you that it is only 50% off if you set up a subscription for ongoing deliveries of their product. First of all, I you are a first time customer it is very unlikely that you would set up a subscription! This is a form of bait-and-switch, making a blanket offer and then later changing to tell you it is only for subscriptions (which is never mentioned in any of the discount advertising). When I complained to them on their Facebook site and nicely told them that they could at least reword their ad, instead of taking any action to do the right thing... THEY BLOCKED ME. This is dishonest business practice.
