Outstanding Great Dane Puppies

The above client was selling us a puppy and when we sent them money, they tell us they need more.
We asked for a refund due to unable to provide further payments and they turned off the website and will not return our phone calls.
This person is a fraud out to steal people's money and would like something to be done so this doesn't happen to someone else!
The person told us the puppy was $650 plus $150 for air fair shipping. We were then told he needed another $900 for insurance, told them we did not have that kind of money. The person who states his name is Blake E. on the bill of sale that was sent, told us he would put up the $500 if we could do $400. We would get the money back once the puppy arrived. Blake than messages us this morning and tells us he is unable to put up the $500 and wants us to send him that money and he would have the puppy sent out. When we tell him we are unable to do that and requested a refund he will not answer our phone calls or messages.
