I am writing this review after many attempts to get a hold of someone in the company to rectify or answer questions but with no luck! I became aware of this company from [redacted] where I received the typical email introductionWhen I followed it up to find more about it, I became part of a sale cycle that is too aggressive where calls were made over 2-times a dayThis lasted for weeksThe service sounded legit and after discussions I subscribed After subscription, I found out that the list of open positions are not different than a paid user and 90% of them are auto fetched from other websites!! They claimed in one call that I have to get endorsements before I get my full status, when I got nothing changed! When I tried to inquire about this I got the silent response of nothing I do not recommend this company or its services as they do not represent their services accurately and they do not have customer service at all! STAY AWAY if you can

The service sounded legit and after discussions I subscribed.
After subscription, I found out that the list of open positions are not different than a paid user and 90% of them are auto fetched from other websites!! They claimed in one call that I have to get 3 endorsements before I get my full status, when I got 7 nothing changed! When I tried to inquire about this I got the silent response of nothing.
I do not recommend this company or its services as they do not represent their services accurately and they do not have customer service at all!.

Review: I signed on to OutsideDirectors.net with offices in NYC. Upon immediate review of the sight a few things were observed:1. Terms of Service page does not work.2. Terms and Conditions page does not work.3. They billed my charge card $189 for an annual subscription but do not allow you to change credit card information after sign-up or cancel membership.4. All previous questions raised to their comment section have been ignored.5. The service allows someone to apply to become a Director of a company. OutsideDirectors.net fails to tell you that most of the companies seeking Directors are non-for-profit and are looking for donations in addition to your support. If this information was disclosed upfront, I would not have joined.6. The comment section has been removed from functionality (at least for me).7. Questions raised to the [redacted], have been ignored. Without listing their terms and conditions around billing. My fear is that they will keep charging my credit card and do not allow a way to cancel membership; nor do they answer (and now not allow) questions to their customer service.Best regards,[redacted]Desired Settlement: Cancel membership and refund money (prorated basis is acceptable)
