Outside The House

Last year, we contacted Lane J***, owner of Outside the House, to do some landscaping for us planting of trees, bushes, and sodding the back yard Said landscaping cost us close to $15, We reluctantly paid the balance expecting him to finish up with replanting grass that had been trampled and rolling the lawn as the sod was very uneven in places This was never completed We held $from what we owed him for grass cutting to compensate for this He informed us that the bushes and trees would be guaranteed for a year One of the boxwoods did not survive and I've tried to contact him by phone and by e-mail to have him replace the dead boxwood He has not returned my calls or e-mails
