Review: On 09-26-2013 engaged with said contractor for wall and masonry services. A deposit of $3,500. was given to said contractor. Work was never performed. On 05/09/2013 I cancelled the said contract effective June 1, 2013 for execution of contract. On June 1, 2013, I requested, via, telephone voice mail the return of my deposit. As of this date, I have received. no monies from said contractor. Pa. contractor number # 051802.Desired Settlement: Refund of of $3, 500. deposit$350.00 for use of my monies....and additional monies calculated at the going interest rate from date of contract to date of resolution. $500.00 for personal inconveniences and loss of other contractorsAdditional corrective actions as required by the Revdex.com as there appears to be fraud and deceptive business practices related to this matter.
