I am rejecting this response because: The business is still not accepting responsibility for the damage they caused to my vehicle. There was no vehicular inspection nor was I asked to sign anything stating that my vehicle was in good condition. To the contrary, there is documentation from the business that states there was no damage on the vehicle prior to it being towed. I have taken my vehicle to a shop to be repaired and my insurance company will be pursuing further action against the company at this time.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. The charge was supposed to be $300. I expect a refund of $225.002. In response to my complain the company provided you (in writing) a false statement that they accept credit card. This is unacceptable. This case should stay as unresolved on their record. I think their licence should be taken away. Regards,
