Outlaw CrossFit

Review: Outlaw CrossFit advertised a training camp in Asia in Feb 2013. The owner was not able to attend the training camp, which was therefore cancelled. Though a refund was promised, to date no refund has been issued (as of May 2013). I have corresponded via email with their administrative department approximately 5 times in the past three months and each email exchange has promised a refund in the near future, but to date there has been no money refunded. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is unsatisfactory to me. Over 3 months after the training course was cancelled and after a series of email complaints directly to the company as well as a complaint filed to the Revdex.com, Outlaw CrossFit sent a reimbursement check via mail in the amount of $299.00. The total amount I paid for the service was $395.40. I am not satisfied with the resolution and consider the complaint still unresolved.
