I had emailed you the documents on ID#[redacted] per your request. I also enclosed the original...

fax I sent you on June 8, 2014 to dispute [redacted]'s claim.
 
As I had mentioned on the phone your firm gave us an F rating for not answering the claim when in fact we had. Your grade is affecting our credit and I can not get terms for payment with our Vendors because Revdex.com has not removed the grade. Outlanders has been in business for over 10 years and have excellent relationships with our customers. You are welcome to go to our website www.outlanders.ws to view our testimonials. Additionally we are active members of our community and have a reputation for beautiful store providing excellent service.
 
[redacted] is still working with our mechanic on this bike. They are both racers and he has decided to add parts to increase its performance. If [redacted] thought Outlanders was so terrible then why would he continue to do business with us. I believe he contacted you in the heat of the moment when he didn't get his part back from [redacted].
