I really appreciate Jackson’s visit to complete a furnace tune-up. He was very professional and courteous. In addition to completing the work, he gave me a good explanation of how the system worked and answered all of my questions. ??

James was as nice of a plumbing serviceman as you could hope for. We called the after-hours number late on a Friday night (it was not an emergency) and he was at our house first thing on Saturday morning. James is very knowledgeable, very friendly and was able to complete the work quickly but efficiently. This is our typical experience any time we have needed Southport Heating & Plumbing. After 16 years it was time to replace our electric water heater. Because I have prior experience with service from Southport I called them. Greg arrived at 7:30AM, gave me a quote and explained that he was available to install it right away if I wanted. We agreed on the final price and he began replacing the water heater. After a short wait while he went to pick up the new water heater he completed the entire job in under three hours. Once again I am very pleased with the work this company did, especially Greg. Outstanding young man who did a fine job for me. I would not hesitate to recommend him or Southport to others

Justin did a very good job on the back of my house the Spicket broke and he came and fixed it very promptly and was very professional thank you very much I just made the appointment and hour before he came the same day what a wonderful person thank you very much

The price price quoted was what we got from two other contractors. Everything I read said the most important part of the equation was the installation.
The installation went very smoothly. The installers were careful with our house and cleaned up everything afterwards. They explained the workings and the new thermostat thoroughly. I have absolutely no complaints and would/will recommend them to others. We live in a condo area, all built at the same time by the same builder so I'm sure we will be asked often about replacements that are coming up for all of them.

We've had Southport provide us with two entirely new systems in our home; a new furnace and air filter and a completely re-engineered sump pump system.

My experience with Southport was very positive. The tech, Jackson was timely and had a very positive demeanor. He diagnosed options for me and there was Zero pressure to do anything. Also, it was on a Saturday- so he was working extra hours, but I would have never known.

Southport Heating is a highly recommended HVAC service provider. They have a preventive maintenance program with discounted rates on all recommended services. We chose them as a provider for a new furnace & A/C as well as tankless water heaters. They have excellent communication and they work to identify upcoming issues that will need addressing before resulting in an outage. Our service tech today was Emilio and he was very prompt, friendly, courteous, and he explained the process beforehand as well as summarized it afterwards. I would recommend Southport for all your HVAC needs.

We just replaced our entire HVAC system and Hot Water Heater this week with Southport...and we could not be happier!! Our previous system was working but was old...and Southport was able to come out IMMEDIATELY...even during this severe cold snap!! Starting with Nate, who came out to inspect, estimate the job and oversee it...to out technicians, Ryan, Casey and Jackson, these guys ROCKED!!! They were super polite...super efficient...super informative and they left the work area amazingly cleaned up! They were creative in accomplishing an off the beaten road request that we made and everything is in order. When you need HVAC work done...LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
