I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory IF this dealership properly inspects this vehicle in a timely fashion this matter hay be resolved. My purchased vehicle is currently leaking transmission fluid and has a heavy jerking feeling at approx 10 mph and car is in need of immediate inspection and repair. A full safety inspection of vehicle would be greatly accepted and appreciated, I will be willing to bring my vehicle in for service as soon as possible.
Sincerely,

[Your Answer Here]
This was not the case. Robert the sales associates said they would make the 5 remaining payment on the lease on the ** of October. Then after 2 1/2 weeks I called to find out my Chrysler capital account was in delinquency because they never made the payments. I have a carbon copy of the payment agreement which states they would pay out the remaining of my lease agreement which was 5 MONTHS LIKE ROBERT SAID! On November ** when I spoke with the sale manager Jay he was pretty amazed that I had the carbon copy of the payment agreement which he had the hard copy of. He was amazed to the point he asked to take a photo copy of my carbon copy because there was writing on there's which was not on mine (forgery). Then they also tried to make me come in the on November [redacted] to redue my lease agreement to add on the 5th payment. I said no clearly because they were trying to extort me for the 5th payment. Then I spoke with them again on the [redacted] ** and on the [redacted] of November when I told them I do not accept the check for the 4 payments because I agreed on 5 payments being made on October [redacted]. Even after I clearly told the GM Elenor I do not authorize those payment nor do I accept them they went and made the payment to Chrysler capital on the [redacted] of November. Elenor told me I should be happy with what I got and I lucked out and she wishes she could take the sale back because they lost so much money.
If this was the case I'd be making two car payments in one month and only having access to one car, I would have not left on these terms, I know my rights and I know what forgery is. Elenor was extremely unprofessional calling me at 8pm to tell me I was wrong and I was lucky and that I should be thankful. She consistantly made it known to me and my boyfriend how much money she lost on this deal and was trying to pressure me into paying two car payments in one month and walking away with one vehicle. This is inhumane, unjust and illegal. She even went as far as telling my boyfriend to have some compassion because she has an hour drive home and to be considerate to allow her off the phone. She was inconsiderate when it came to her dealership trying to take advantage of me not to mention she was very faultly on what was and wasn't on the payment agreement.

As stated in our earlier comment. Our dealership made every effort to communicate clearly to [redacted], that we would only cover the” remaining payments” on her previous lease. [redacted] , deceitfully cancelled her payment that she already made to Chrysler and then tried to blame it on us. This is unacceptable way of doing business not to mention that it is also fraudulent and unconscionable. She is also attempting to blame us for her unpaid balance with Chrysler Capital even though she did not want us to pay Chrysler because she was still trying to pressure us into making the fifth payment. We ultimately mailed the check to Chrysler anyway. [redacted] [redacted] is not well intended customer. She refuses to take any responsibility for her actions. There is no way to reason with her even after many hours were spent by our sales staff to explain the facts to her . Fact 1: Payment on old lease was due on the [redacted] of every month. Fact 2: [redacted] made an automatic payment on the [redacted] on her old lease. Fact 3: New Lease agreement was made on the [redacted]. Fact 4: Payoff quote obtain by Chrysler was based on remaining payments after the [redacted]. Fact 5: [redacted] cancelled payment that she already made on previous lease. Fact 6: Payoff quote from Chrysler was for 4 payments before she cancelled her payment. Fact 7: No one at this dealership promised her 5 payments.
The matter has been resolved with the customer and a refund has been agreed upon. I just wanted to clarify some points about this transaction. [redacted] came to our showroom late on Friday night September [redacted], just as we were about to close for the evening. After spending nearly two hours...
going over options between Ram and Wrangler. He ultimately decided on the Ram truck. After an agreement was reached for the terms of the lease he left a deposit and the customer called [redacted] to authorize change of coverage. The insurance was never cancelled and all changes to policy were approved by the customer, as is standard practice with all insurance companies.
