*** *** includedWe sent emails to all customers affected and she emailed us back claiming she never received the emailShe also filed a *** complaint which has since been resolved since the items have already been delivered to her and in her possession.I assure that the claims she has stated in the complaint is not the way things went downAnd we have since fixed the glitch, shipped out the remaining orders including Mrs***s.As a small business we strive to provide excellent customer service and we dont sell items that we dont intend to provideIf we would have known about this claim before today July 22nd, we would have replied faster.We have tracking numbers that show her items were shipped, delivered and even have correspondence from her after she received the products
