Review: Outdoor Living completed our backyard in July and we love it. However, we are having difficulties getting Outdoor Living to fix an irrigation leak they caused in the middle of my driveway. In short, when the grass is our driveway was replaced with artificial turf the risers were capped. Since the job was completed there's been a leak that is now a significant flow that floods a portion of our driveway when our sprinklers go on. We would fix it ourselves but the turf is affixed to the ground and we don't want to screw it up. We contacted [redacted] and then [redacted] in early August and both promised to have it fixed but nothing has ever happened. Now I cannot get calls or emails returned from either. This is very frustrating. Many of our plants in the front yard have died due to pressure issues from the leak. It would probably take an hour for someone from your shop to fix. We would really appreciate some help.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Have someone from Outdoor Living fix the leak and reaffix the artificial turf.
