Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/07/23) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
One plant was replaced - a cimicifuga which also died. No other plants have been replaced. The fact that he sent out two crew members to do a dead plant count in late 2014 proves that he never replaced any plants. And the dead plant count did not result in a replacement of the plants that were counted so he never intended to replace them anyway. Also when I tried to schedule plant replacement this Spring (2015), he didn't even respond to my message.
