Outdoor Design and Build is get one star only because I can't give them a ZERO! Cancelled on us 6 times - either just didn't show up or had lame excuses! 69 days after the first time they said they would be here and the job is still not started. VERY poor communication and when we asked for our deposit back they back INCREDIBLY rude! Stay away from these scammers and find someone that will be, and act professional.

Loved Team ODB crew and work. Had them back to build me a pergola.
Took 8 hrs over 2 days and my wife is thrilled. We absolutely love our new backyard Oasis. Thank you to the owners for their commitment to excellence. We highly recommend them. You should call them too.

Outdoor Design &Build was closed due to covid and was unable to work. They showed up today on a Saturday did my job quickly and efficiently. They kept in touch the 8 weeks they were forced closed. Polite and professional I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service - would not fix problem with 'paver haze' even though it was proven it was their fault. *** operating out of the back of a minivan that leaked up and down my driveway - TWICE! Stay away - spend the extra money and hire professionals.
