My husband ordered a 16' custom built trailer from these folks. Since we had paid off two loans with a certain loan company that Outback said they used, we decided to finance our trailer with them again. First trip to Outback, they couldn't print out the loan application because they did not have a spare ink cartridge for their printer. A couple days later my husband was asked to go back to Outback trailers to sign the application and was told the loan had been approved. About a week later he received a call from Outback and was told that the manufacturer of the custom trailer he ordered had begun building the trailer and he had to go back to Outback to sign papers concerning to VIN no. for the loan company. About a week later he got a call from Outback stating that even though the loan company had approved a loan for 100% of the cost of the trailer, their policy (Outback's) required that he put 50% down on the trailer just in case the price they quoted changed! We cancelled our order
