Out U Go! Pet Care Services

I was incredibly disappointed with this company. Despite my specific instructions to crate my dog on her return from her walk for her protection, the walker did not do this and she was loose in the house and shredded things. I was very fortunate that she did not get hurt. Upon reporting this to the owner of Out U Go, he claims to have investigated the situation and claims that my dog magically got out of her crate and blamed it on me for not providing a more secure crate. Of course, they did not follow my directions and my dog has a very secure crate that she cannot get out of. I also knew he was lying (or his walker was lying) as he argued with me about her not needing any coaxing into the crate. The danger they put my dog in and the disrespect they showed me by not not respecting my wishes and then lying and accusing me are reprehensible. I hope no other loving animal owner will have to deal with them.
