The complaint was resolved after initial package was not received. Another package was sent by the owner of the company. Complainant was satisfied and wrote back this response:

I received the bronzer in the mail just now, thank you for...
personally taking care of this. Wish it didn't have to come to that. Thank you again.

Review: Ordered products from the selected business ( Our Shade of Brown) on July **. Got confirmation of my order number and that they charged me for my product. 2 weeks go by and no information on shipping since the email said that the product ships out 24 hrs after confirmation of orders. I emailed their customer support email and no answer. They don't have a phone number to call. I emailed, 3 days ago, yesterday and today. No response. I went on their FB website and I did see that some customers commented "haven't heard from you in a while" " when are you starting your mailings again?" So, i'm really upset that if they are out of business, then take down your website and don't process customers orders and steal our money. No response in emails. This was my order confirmation email on July **: Hi [redacted]Thank you for your order from My Shade of Brown. Monthly Pillow Boxes are shipped the first week of every month. Full sized products are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If you have any questions regarding your account or order, please contact us at [redacted].Your order confirmation is below. Thank you again and enjoy your new products!Your Order #[redacted] (placed on July **, 2014 12:40:47 AM EDT)Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and an explanation for their poor customer service. I'm sure i'm not the only one so I want to do this for other customers that they have done this to.
