to our attention we corrected it. After 8/11/17 she no longer needed our services and left with an outstanding balance of $374.00 . We have a customer folder for all customers that they get statements from. after she left we sent numerous statements to her contact info we had on file with no replies. It is her responsibility to update her contact info. She left knowing there was a balance due and made no attempts to arrange payoff. We are just trying to collect a debt.
