24. COMPLETION SCHEDULE / FINAL DELIVERIES: OUR DIGITAL STUDIO will ensure that short highlight films will be
delivered up to 2-3 weeks timeframe from the wedding date. Full-Feature Films and/or Documentary edits will require OUR
DIGITAL STUDIO up to 6 months to 1 year in producing a finished edit of the wedding. Wedding photos will be completed within
3-4 weeks. Digital copies of products will be delivered in a form of a thumb/flash drive. OUR DIGITAL STUDIO will deliver the
prints and any additional material once printing is completed. OUR DIGITAL STUDIO will also deliver a flash drive media with
the high resolution negatives of all selected printed images. In addition to this, OUR DIGITAL STUDIO will include a flash drive
with low resolution digital negatives of all photographs not selected for printing. High resolution prints of these images can be
ordered from OUR DIGITAL STUDIO at the specified tariffs. High Resolution negatives of any additional images ordered will also
be provided. DVD/Bluray can be requested at an additional cost. Album designs & processing will begin when THE CLIENT
have submitted their desired photos to OUR DIGITAL STUDIO.Desired Settlement: Fulfill contract.

Review: [redacted] of Our Digital Studio is not responding to any of my texts, phone calls, and emails. I have sent numerous messages to him respectfully, yet no response. Our wedding was over two months ago, June 25, 2016 - and he had texted me a week after that he would mail me back my USB (which I provided him) containing our SDE and video footage that we paid in full, on time for. I saved the text that was sent from him for proof that he still uses the number associated and that he did not follow through with what he has in writing. My wife and I are disappointed in the way he is treating us, by simply ignoring and not communicating. We paid a lot of money for the service and we expect at least some professionalism. Our family and friends would like to see the videos, especially those who were unable to attend. I truly do not understand why he chooses to ignore our correspondences, when we did not do anything wrong in the first place. Even before the wedding, [redacted] did not respond to texts, phone calls, or emails. The only time he responded was immediately after when our wedding coordinator left a strong complaint voicemail. This complaint is not personal, only business. We, as the client, do not want to be treated this way. All we ask for is my USB, SDE, and video to be delivered to us as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: Contact us and deliver what was promised as soon as possible in the June 27, 2016 text: "hi [redacted], it was a pleasure. i'll get the SDE to you in a couple of days, i'll also dump it into the flash drive you handed me and i'll send that over in the mail. what is your mailing address?"

Review: This company has still not delivered my wedding album nearly 2 years after wedding. Contract was signed by both parties which included this service. Company has promised numerous times to deliver but has not. I offered the company the option to just give us a refund of what album is worth but company insisted that product would be given. Company has now stopped responding to many multiple attempts to make contact. Last I heard from company was 12/2015. Extremely disappointing for something that is supposed to be so special.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like a refund of what album is worth. If I request for them to finish the job, I'm afraid that will take another very very long time. The damage has already been done.

Review: I hired Our Digital Studio Photography service for my wedding November 8, 2014. We paid in full up front in October 2014. Was told in December of 2014 that they were working on our package. Come July 2015 still nothing, reached out frequently to this company via email, calls and text. Come end of October 2015 we finally received our photo album. 1 year anniversary came and went, reached out frequently again that we want our wedding DVDs as promised yet our messages are ignored. All I want is everything I paid in full for. I know a handful of other couples that have used this business and have not received their wedding packages.Desired Settlement: Send our wedding DVDs
