I ordered two items from this company on June 1, They acknowledged the order by e-mail and charged my credit card Order confirmation indicated I would receive notification when items were shipped I have made three phone calls to customer service and sent one e-mail to owner in past days to inquiry about status of the order I only get voicemail on customer service number and have left messages with NO response Very frustrated I have never dealt with the company, but find it unacceptable that an internet company cannot ship a simple order out within days Also, unacceptable that they will not respond to phone inquiry requesting status of order I will not do business with them again

I ordered two items from this company on June 1, 2015. They acknowledged the order by e-mail and charged my credit card. Order confirmation indicated I would receive notification when items were shipped. I have made three phone calls to customer service and sent one e-mail to owner in past 4 days to inquiry about status of the order. I only get voicemail on customer service number and have left messages with NO response. Very frustrated. I have never dealt with the company, but find it unacceptable that an internet company cannot ship a simple order out within 7 days. Also, unacceptable that they will not respond to phone inquiry requesting status of order. I will not do business with them again.
