Oui Please promised the refund on May 27 for the subscription box not delivered. There's still no refund.
I bought the Oui Please subscription on November 24, 2019 for 6 boxes annually, it should've started from 5.1 box (January) & first box should be delivered by February 15. They printed the label through Fedex on 03/03/2020, but there's no movement since then. They blamed the delay on Covid19, then send an email on 04/16/20 that they will start shipping by next week, that was keep extending to next week. I asked for refund on May 27 and they have agreed on it, but off course they're keep dragging on that too. I have sent them dozens of emails asking about my refund but they keep ignoring it. Today is July 17th and still no refund.
I would really appreciate any assistance.

OuiPlease is dedicated to our relationship with our community, and during this time we are doing everything we can to respond to our customer's emails as quickly as possible. *** reached out to us for a refund and we did process her request- I attached both a picture of the conversation with her and our customer service team and a screenshot of the confirmation of her refund being confirmed from us.
We never received our package that was originally billed in December 2019 more than 6 months ago.
We were billed for Order XXXXXX on December 14. We finally received tracking on March 3. Since that email and by initiating contact we have received 3 email notifications that the items would be shipping shortly. On the third contact for an update we requested a refund and were ignored. Instead we received an email on June 8 that stated 'Your final box will be shipping by no later than this Friday'.
The tracking number is still not active. We do not believe this company has any intention of shipping our products. It has been more than 6 months since the original billing and more than 3 months since the tracking number was provided.
We understand there was a shutdown in the past few months but ouiplease sent a tracking before the shutdown and has assured us that the box was shipping in April, then again in May and again in June. It has not shipped.
Issue a refund of $86.60. We paid for an item and never received it.
We have been in constant contact with the customer through our customer service department (via email) and we have explained that due to the worldwide pandemic, we experienced significant delays with the products as well as shipping. ***'s package has now been shipped and delivered.
Oui Please did not provide the subscriptions boxes I paid for , I requested a refund and they just cancelled my refund which had been pending.
Back In Nov 2019 I paid an annual subscription to Oui please which cost over $400. To date I have received 1 box , I have emailed this company several times and finally I decided I wanted a refund. They said they would issue me a refund and it had been pending in my paypal account only today it shows it has been cancelled. The customer service is atrocious. They kept saying my box would ship out and it did not. I was due 5 more boxes. I requested a refund of $351.82 , that is all I want. It seems I am not the only customer to be let down. Kind regards

We have been in contact with Mrs. *** through our customer service department. After requesting a refund, we promptly submitted the request and made sure to let her know that refunds take between 7-10 business days to go through. Then, there was an issue between Paypal and her account, so we reached out to Paypal. I have attached a document with a screenshot from Paypal that confirms that the refund did go through. I also attached some screenshots in the document of our conversation regarding the refund request, as well as canceling her upcoming order.

Paid in full in advance for one year subscription (6 boxes). To date, have only received 3 boxes. No boxes have shipped in 2020.
In July 2019, I paid in full, in advance for a one year subscription to a bi-monthly French subscription box (explicitly advertised and confirmed by customer service as 6 boxes total). I paid $422.50.
To date, I have only received 3 of the 6 boxes. Oui Please has shipped no boxes in 2020 (confirmed by numerous subscribers commenting on Facebook and My Subscription Addiction website forum), but continues to advertise and falsely claimed it began shipping boxes in small batches in April (which Oui Please staff later admitted was untrue). To date, no subscribers have received boxes in 2020. Ashley from Oui Please has promised refunds to many, but no refunds are provided. I would like 50% of what I paid refunded as I only received 3 of the 6 boxes I paid for. It is too late to do a chargeback with my credit card company.
Oui Please has lied to its subscribers for months regarding when the outstanding boxes would ship. We were originally told February 15. And Oui Please is now deleting negative reviews from Instagram and paying bloggers to leave false reviews on Facebook claiming they received their boxes when, in fact, no one has received a box in 2020.
I have an email I can provide, if necessary, from Ashley at Oui Please confirming I am owed three more boxes. I can also provide my credit card statement showing the payment I made last July.
I would like half of what I paid last July refunded -- $211.25. Alternatively, Oui Please can promptly send me the 5.1 (February) and 5.2 (April) boxes with tracking. Oui Please claims it has the products promised in those boxes in its warehouse. Who knows if that is actually true.
We have been in constant contact with Laura through our customer service department, and we are committed to providing the best service possible to our customers. Laura requested a refund and we just finished processing it, the refunds take may take up to 7-10 days to process.

I finally received the requested refund, so I am happy to say this matter is resolved. I greatly appreciate the Revdex.com's assistance in bringing this matter to resolution. I hope Oui Please takes this complaint, and the many others it has received, to heart, and significantly improves customer service going forward.
Did not receive promised item and received used item instead, denied refund
I purchased the subscription box 4.5 on 9/22/19. I didn't receive the main item, a 1951 clutch, until six months later after being given many excuses about the delay. They finally sent me one without tags but WITH signs of wear (tarnished hardware, worn zipper pulls, stain on leather). I sent it back but they're denying me it was used and denying a refund, this time giving the excuse that no refunds are given after the box ships. They stalled for so long that it's too late to get a Paypal chargeback.
I would like a refund.
We have been in constant contact with *** through email threads through our customer service department. We sent *** the item she requested, and when she was not satisfied with it and sent it back to us, she chose other items from our online shop. We sent those out promptly to her. I have attached a document that shows our conversation with her and the items that we sent to her after she shipped the pouch back.
I had an email confirmation from "***" that I would be refunded for the order I never received. Have not gotten refund and now no reply to my email
I placed an order on or about February 21, after inquiring about the shipment date I was told first week of March. The shipping label was created but shipment never left. When I inquired again I was told this was due to the COVID response, however Texas has not put in order in place as of that date. I followed up on April 2 and was told by "***" that my order would be cancelled and I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. That time frame has expired and not only have I not received my refund, I am not not getting a response to my email.

We have been in contact with *** through our customer support department, and attached to this response is a document with screenshots from our conversations. After *** requested a refund, we did submit the refund request; however, we did include to *** that the refunds can take 7-10 days to clear. The refund went through on our end, and the first picture on the attached document illustrates that. We also cancelled her upcoming order after this refund went through.
I ordered the February 2020 Oui Please box and have not received it and continue to have little help from customer service
I ordered the February box, which was supposed to ship end of that month/early March. I received a shipping label March 3rd. I emailed customer service after there was no movement on the box for a week. I heard back that they were actively preparing my box and it would ship by end of week. After the week, no movement, so I reached back out and was assured again that it was being actively prepared. A couple weeks later, the covid news started in the US, and I reached back out again. I was told that they don't have everything for our boxes so are awaiting shipment. I asked them to send what they had of my box, and they refused and said they can't do that. However, during this time, they are actively sending out shop orders in 2 days with a lot of the products from the box, and are soliciting new customers. It has been 2 months since I've ordered my box, and want my items as promised. I also want more communication between their customers if there are delays.
I want my box as soon as possible, even if it's in different shipments.
OuiPlease has been in constant communication with Ms *** since initial contact. While we are experiencing shipping delay for our boxes, the item purchased by Ms., we have notified that we are able to ship single shop orders as it does not require a team like the curation of our boxes. Since our business is non-essential, we are following orders state orders to stay at home, as well as social distancing, to assure the safety of our team.

The company has continually given varying responses to different customers, has told me that my box was being put together at that moment, then a month later they tell me they didn't have all of the contents for the box. They have promised shipment dates multiple times and gone back, and when I ask for the contents they do have, they refuse to send them to me even though I've paid for them. However, they have sent boxes to influencers. They have even incorrectly marked my order as completed even though I've received nothing.
The company has been in communication with me, but is lying to their customers, giving incorrect information and varying info to their customers. They are not providing proper communication to their customers and are now using the covid issues as their excuse even though this was occurring before that time.
We have been honest with customer since initial contact. The boxes influencers have received were curated with the sample items provided by the brands. Additionally, due to the type of business and the volume of customers/orders, shipping items in multiple shipments per order is not feasible.
Per the correspondence attached, customer was offered notified shipping has picked up and was also offered a refund, however she refused refund offer and would like to receive her box.
It has never been our intention to make Ms. feel as though she will not be receiving the box for which she has paid. As explained to her, unfortunately there are times we experience delays that are completely out of our control.
I was informed that all boxes were shipping by 5/8. So far (5/12) my box has not shipped and every person on my subscription addiction has reported that theirs hasn't either. I contacted *** who promised they have been shipping, but I have seen no proof of this.
Order was never shipped.
I placed my order in January 2020 and on March 3, 2020 I FINALLY received a confirmation that my order was shipping and the email included a FedEx shipping number. I checked the number several times over the course of a week and it never indicated that FedEx ever received the package. I emailed to inquire with the company and they told me that they created the shipping labels a few weeks in advance and that they were still "curating" my box. Weird since I had selected the items for my box over a month earlier. I waited several more weeks and still no updates. Tried to inquire through their website but it would not allow you to submit an online inquiry. Emailed three times and received no response. As it is now April 4, 2020 I have to assume that this company has no intention of sending me anything and I have reported the charge as fraudulent to my bank.
They can either immediately ship my box or they can issue me the refund. Very simple. I do not want to pay for something I have not received.
At this moment, we are unfortunately experiencing a delay as we, like many other businesses worldwide, have been affected by COVID-19.
Customer initially reached out via email April 4th, to which we replied April 6th. Since initial correspondence, we have been in constant communication with the customer, with the last email from our customer service rep going out to her late last night (all time-stamped communication with customer has been attached).
Customer has been assured we would ship her box, but refund was requested last night, which we agreed to process within 7-10 business days.
Business sold membership on 1/17/2020 - never delivered products to date 3/17/2020. Took money, no product received, no response from business.
This business sold an annual membership for a product based subscription. They have not delivered any products. They have created a shipping label, but products have never left the facilities The business has been contacted multiple times, yet no response has been received. The business is listed under 3 different operating addresses. It is a fraudulent situation and needs to be addressed. I am seeking a full refund as they have not upheld their end of the subscription agreement, and based on lack of contact from the business, I see no indication they will on the go forward.
I want a full refund of the annual subscription service I paid for as zero product has been delivered, and I have received zero response from the company. I believe this company is fraudulent and taking advantage of peoples good faith in their product and services - yet failing to deliver.

I purchased box 4.5 for $97.50 at the end of August. A shipping label was created October 5th. However, package was never mailed. I'm just asking for what I paid for or a refund.

The Customer submitted her customization for her box no September 10th. She never emailed customer support asking for a refund or cancel. However we then received a case via PayPal on Nov 10th that thee customer requested a refund for $97.50 although she had never reached out to us directly.

I sent multiple emails to Ashley at Oui Please inquiring as to the status of my order. She never replied. I had to file a PayPal claim to get a refund. Oui Please lies and said they refunded me when they had not. It was PayPal that decided the claim in my favor. If there's any doubt to the unethical practices of this business a quick visit to mysubscription dot com to review other customers experiences should alleviate any doubt.
We're sorry to hear about your poor experience. We run a very small team, and due to the high volume of inquiries it is possible your email was missed. I took a look however at our inbox and the only email we have from cay Cooper was a customization submission form. So we never received an email from 'Cay Cooper' or the email we have on file. See attached. We only received the claim via PayPal - which we responded back and forth until finalizing the refund was the only option. Again we apologize that it had to take to your claim on Revdex.com but we certainly understand your frustration.

My September 2019 boxes have not shipped in spite of repeatedly being promised, in writing, from "***" at Oui Please box that my box would ship by the end of the week (I have been told this at least 3 different weeks). Customer service is polite, but they just make excuses and lie.
I wish to receive all items that I am owed and additional compensation for the ongoing delays.
This customer asked for a refund on Nov 6th, instead of receiving her additional box. At this time she will be refunded and not receive an additional box as of today Nov 18th, 2019 the refund is processed oof $320. See transcript attached
I still have not received the refund promised in email 3 weeks ago. They have not responded to my emails regarding the refund.
Prepaid for one year in August (six boxes at $590), have received only one in September. No response from company despite two messages.
I ordered the annual (bi-monthly) subscription in August. The first box came in September. My Moonlite Serum bottle had a problem with the pump so I messaged customer service on September 12, shortly after receipt of box.
On October 9 (nearly a month laterCOME ONthese products have a shelf life, I finally heard back from "Ashley *** with news that she'd be shipping a new one to me.
AGAIN, the pump was still faulty but I didn't want to rock the boat further.
I have yet to receive ANY more boxes. Just the one, the first month is what I received, and that is unacceptable. I have emailed them several times with no response.

Three days ago, I reported this to my bank as fraud and am working on a claim to get my money back. Meanwhile, the company is still sending me spam to my inboxha!

Went against their word, took automatic withdrawal from my bank account for products I never received. No refund. Terrible to little customer service.
I purchased a year subscription (6 boxes for $650) in 2017 but only received one. I did not renew my subscription because the website clearly states that they do not auto renew. They auto renewed my account without my permission. I have asked that my account be canceled, that I receive a full refund, and have been trying to get answers on my missing subscription boxes (approx. $542 worth). It has been over two weeks since I was told I would receive full refund. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone since and have not received my refund. I have tried emailing and Facebook messaging and get nothing.
I want a refund for the subscription they took form my account without my permission and a refund for the boxes I never received.
I purchased an annual subscription on June 23, 2017 for bi-monthly boxes of French goods. As of March 15, 2018 I have only received TWO boxes. Boxes are being delivered every 4 months, not every other month as advertised/promised. What is worse, they release "spoilers" for every box - yet those spoilers are then not included in the box! An annual, bi-monthly subscription means 6 boxes in a year. If they are unable to deliver this as promised, they should refund subscribers.
